To ensure all clubs are treated fairly, in the event of a competition being oversubscribed, it was agreed that each club would be allocated a rightful allocation, based on the number of Vets full members, at their club. See attached table.

Q1. Do we pay the money for our teams competition entry when we submit the forms, or only when we know we have been allocated the relevant slots?
A1. It was agreed, to reduce bank charges on transactions, that we would like payment to be made when your tee times are allocated, therefore there should be no requirements for refunds.
Q2. Can a lady rejoin if their handicap goes above 28.4?
A2. A member may continue to stay in the association, even when their handicap goes above 28.4, as long as their membership is continuous. If any member intends to take a year out (ie. For medical or other reasons), it is suggested that they join as an associate member (for a reduced fee) for the year to keep their membership continuous. Unfortunately the handicap must be 28.4 or less to join/re-join.
