Welcome to the Home of the Staffordshire County Girls
We welcome all junior girls throughout the County both with and without handicaps and look forward to seeing all develope further in their skills and becoming part of our teams.
Our Mission:
The Junior Girls' Section of the Staffordshire Ladies' County Golf Association will strive to support junior girls from within the County, in the development of their golf, social and partnership skills, by providing a range of opportunities for all abilities, and giving them access to well-structured coaching sessions, whilst ensuring a friendly, safe and fun environment in which they are able to achieve their true potential.
In order to achieve this aim the Association will try to identify girls under the age of 18 years, who want to improve and develop their golfing skills, by regularly communicating with clubs in the County. The coaching system offered will endeavour to progress these youngsters through a comprehensive programme that will include opportunities to play competitive golf within and outside the County, which could prepare them for being involved with golf at Regional, National and International levels.
