Hi, I’m Lilia Marklew junior scratch team captain 2025.
I have been playing Golf since the age of 6 and have been very lucky to play in many ladies & junior handicap & scratch competitions representing myself, home club, county, school and more recently college as I am studying A-levels. I love the friendships and experiences golf has given me, I am competitive but always looking to drive a good and positive team spirit. My home club is The Enville GC where I was junior captain 2024 and I am proud to lead our county scratch team in my last year as a junior.

2025 - Junior County Handicap Match Captain Molly Calder
Hi, I'm Molly Calder the junior handicap team captain for 2025.
I started golf when I was six years old through the girls golf rocks programme at the 3 Hammers Golf Academy. I had many rewarding years there with some top coaches while also making some good friends.
My home club is The South Staffordshire Golf Club where I am proud to be the 2025 junior captain. I am also a member at Brocton Hall Golf Club.
I have been involved with the county set up for three years. I have played in many handicap matches and a few scratch matches allowing me to experience various different golf courses.
Staffordshire county golf has given me access to many great coaches and taught me the importance of teamwork. I'm looking forward to the 2025 season.

2024 - Junior County Handicap Match Captain Kennedy Murphy
Hiya, I am Kennedy Murphy, and I am the first Junior Handicap Captain, and this is my seventh year involved with the County.
My first ever win was in October 2018 for the County Beginners Championship, and since then I have played in many handicap and a couple of scratch matches.
I am in my second year as an England Golf Young Ambassador, focusing on the importance of us juniors and how our voices can shape change.
My home club is The South Staffordshire G C and I am proud to have been selected as their 2024 Junior Captain.
Golf has taught me that teamwork is vital and I hope to reflect this in the coming season. I am looking forward to our 2024 adventure!

2024 - Junior County Captain Olivia Whittle
Hi, I am Olivia Whittle and I have been involved with the County Juniors for quite some time now, this is my 10th and final year as a junior and I am very happy to be Junior Captain.
I have played in many handicap and scratch matches over the years and over the last couple of years I have been selected to play for the Ladies 1st Team and play in County Week, which is a great experience.
Last year I was happy to achieve the Junior County Championship and the Women's County Championship, this was a tough match taken to the 20th hole.
I feel with my experiences going through the pathway over the years and also being England Regional Captain for the past 2 years I can help all our juniors in many different ways.
In August I will be going to America to study and play golf which I am excited about.
