COACHING PROGRAM 2026

Congratulations to Katrina White, lead professional at Ingestre Golf Club on becomimg the Junior Girls County Coach, 2026.

Katrina is no strainger to the Staffordshire Ladies County Golf Association, having worked her way through and frequently respesented the county teams at all levels and is very familiar with the rewards it brings.

It goes without saying she has a passion for helping golfers to improve their game and indeed in introducing and supporting young junior players.

2026 Coaching will include the following:

2 x sessions of TDi training with Max golf. Body toning and specific exercises to improve the golf swing.

2 x putting session at the indoor arena at Broadlands Golf Centre

Course of 5 lessons with personal coach, part subsidised with parents

3 sessions of on course coaching with County Coach, including refined short game, course management and tream play.

Plans are currently being put in place for this years coaching for girls with hancicaps.

Special events are being organised for those girls without handicaps.

2nd Elite & Development Coaching Session 2024

The 2nd coaching session of the Junior Elite and Development squads took place on Sunday 17th March at The Chase Golf and Country Club under the watchful eye of coach Olivia and supported by Dan. Coaching took place on the new trackman range and all appeared to be enjoying themselves, chatting and showing their competitiveness. Sessions nicely finished off with the option of something to eat and drink if needed.

Junior Coaching

The aim is to try and offer all Junior Girls some form of coaching whatever their golfing ability from beginners with no experience at all, who aren't members of golf clubs to girls who are experienced golfers. The coaching is subsidised by the County in order to keep the costs down.
