Entrants must play in the individual event to be eligible for the team event
The Individual Event is open to all County Members with H.I. 20.4 to 40.4
The Team event is open to all affiliated Clubs
Teams to consist of THREE players
All ties to be decided on countback
CDH number will be required
Individual event:   £ 16.00 per person
   Team event:    £ 12.00 per team
