SHOULD THERE BE A CHANGE IN A PLAYERS HANDICAP BETWEEN THE ORIGINAL COMPETITION AND THE FINAL - PLEASE SEE RULING BELOW

Final Silver division entry - If the qualifier's handicap index has increased by more than 2 shots above the Silver division threshold at time of the event, the player shall default to the bronze division event. If she has increased by 0.1-1.9 above she shall remain in the silver division event.

Final Bronze division entry - If the qualifier's handicap index has decreased by more than 2 shots below the bronze division threshold at time of the event the player shall default to the silver division event. If she has decreased by 0.1-1.9 below she shall remain in the bronze division event.

Any member having to cancel must first notify their delegate who may have a substitute player.
Failing that, the delegate should contact the competition secretary as soon as possible.

Use of ride-on buggies are only allowed on medical grounds and prior arrangement with the competitions secretary
